Creativity has run in my family for generations. I found a haven for my own creative passion when I established Bellissima Floral Creations in 2002. My focus is special events in the Lake Tahoe area. I am also the in-house florist for PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn and West Shore Cafe in Homewood.

Inspiration for my designs begins with understanding a client’s visions and then translating these ideas into distinctive creations. This collaboration is one of the most intriguing aspects of my job- working with people to express their dreams for their most important occasions. My aim is to create designs that are in harmony with all elements of each event and venue, while articulating the desired mood with a touch of drama.

By accepting a limited quantity of events per month, I am involved in all aspects of the design and setup. Every client gets my complete attention to all details of their floral designs.

I pride myself on using only the highest quality product available. I make weekly trips to the San Francisco Flower Mart to hand-pick the distinctive elements for each event. I also have the capability to import specialty product from growers worldwide.
